Minsoo has been creating breakthrough, award-winning work across all media for more than 20 years. He is well known in the industry for his talent in generating big ideas that focus on creativity, usability and measurability. At EY, Minsoo continues to challenge convention by establishing creative problem solving as the new business currency.
 
Previously, Minsoo held top creative posts at Sparks Grove, USWeb/CKS, Studiocom, Voltage Factory, Modem Media/DIGITAS and TribalDDB. At Ogilvy, he led their interactive practice when the Internet was in its infancy. Minsoo’s work has won numerous advertising/design accolades including the ADDY’s Best of Show, AIGA SEED Awards and CA Advertising Annual. His notable client experience includes companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Corteva, American Express, Delta Air Lines, and AT&T.
 
Minsoo earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and graduated from The Portfolio Center with an Art Direction/Graphic Design portfolio.

He is also a featured speaker for AIGA, AMA, Georgia State University Robinson School of Business, Georgia Tech and Emory University-Goizueta Business School and is a certified Futurist recently joining the Advisory Board of the World Futures Society.
